Entries must consist of work that has appeared in Public between July 31st 2009 and July 31st 2010. Any website entries must be entered as a movie mpeg file with any explanations included as titles or voice over. Jpegs and URL addresses can be included to provide further detail BUT they must be accompanied by the mpeg.
